"Hopped inside for a bubble tea and I got the pumpkin spice flavored one (they were out of matcha at the time). It was all right, the flavor was fine, not very sweet though, the tapioca bubbles were perfectly soft and chewy; I've had some dry and rubbery tapioca bubbles at other places, so this was quite the upgrade. All in all it's a perfectly serviceable place to get a bubble tea in the area."
